Education required:  HS or GED

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to solve practical problems related to job.  Must be able to operate mechanical equipment, once trained, and detect equipment malfunctions.  Must be able to follow both written and oral instructions.

Job Description:  Applicant must take the actions necessary to make minor repairs, execute work orders, and perform preventive maintenance and other duties assigned.  Must be familiar with basic HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and basic General Maintenance such as painting, carpentry, drywall, Vehicle PM and Grounds work.  Must be able to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools assigned.  Must have current driving license and  be able to pass drug and background test.  Must be able to work weekends and some nights.
